Actually, there are worse things. Activist judges and empathetic judges come to mind right off the top. Then there is the problem with multicultural judges (including those from brown races), non-Christian judges, blind and otherwise physically defective judges.
When you get to thinking about it, the list goes on and on. Sen B. Sessions III seems to be the only person who recognizes the problem and trying to do something about it.
